Theme of exhibition : “FIRE (Agni)”.
Its an OPEN CALL for all the intrested ARTISTS to send their entries to participate befor 01st APRIL 2025.
Exhibition dates: 30 April to 14 May 2025
artwork can be in any medium.size of artwork should not exceed by 4ft (horizontally).
The artworks will be curated by International Art expert & curator Mr. Ashish Pahi (founder – KIAC, India) #kiac
Selection Process:
– artists have to share few (4-5) of their best artworks with their Biodata with us.

– once selected artist will pay their participation fee @1700/- for 01 art work, artist can also participate with more than 01 works.
– the artist have to submit their original artwork to Chitra international Art Gallery, Dehradun by courier or personally by hand before date of submission for artwork given.

HOW TO APPLY
STAGE – 1
- SHARE A CLEAR & FULL IMAGE OF YOUR ARTWORK (in.JPEG FORMAT) ON OUR GALLERY EMAIL ID ALONG WITH YOUR ARTIST BIODATA.
- ENSURE YOU MENTION THE TITLE, SIZE, MEDIUM & A SHORT DISCRIPTION OF YOUR ARTWORK ON EMAIL.
- YOUR ORIGINAL ARTWORK SIZE SHOULD NOT EXCEED 4 FEET (HORIZONTALLY).
- ARTWORKS MADE IN ANY MEDIUM ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR ENTRY.

STAGE – 2
- ONCE ALL THE ENTRIES ARE SUBMITTED (via E-MAIL), OUR EXPERT CURATOR WILL BE SELECTING THE ARTISTS & THE MOST SUITED ARTWORKS BASED ON THEME OF THE SHOW & ARTISTS WILL BE CONTACTED ACCORDINGLY FOR PERSONAL INTERACTIONS BEFORE FINAL SELECTION.
- AN ARTIST CAN PARTICIPATE MAX OF 05 OF THEIR WORKS.
- ONLY ORIGINAL WORKS OF ARTISTS ARE ACCEPTABLE (COPIED WORKS OF OTHER ARTISTS ARE STRICTLY NOT ACCEPTED).
- ARTISTS SELECTED BY THE CURATOR OR JUERY WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THEIR PARTICIPATION FEE i.e. RS.1700/- PER ART WITHIN 05 DAYS OF SELECTION EMAIL.
- PAYMENT CAN BE DONE BY GPAY/PHONE PAY TO MOB: 9873552723
- INTERNATIONALLY EXPERIENCED ART CURATOR WILL BE SELECTING THE ARTWORKS FOR THIS SHOW.
- THE ORIGINAL ARTWORKS SELECTED FOR SHOW HAS TO BE SUBMITTED EITHER BY HAND OR BY REPUTED COURIER AGENCY AT GALLERY ADDRESS AT LEAST 3DAYS BEFORE THE SHOW.
